Agreement to Terms

By engaging Uzski Corp for any project or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any work request. These terms govern the relationship between Uzski Corp and our clients.

Our Services

Uzski Corp provides creative design and software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development (Next.js, React)
  • Mobile application development (React Native, KMP)
  • Backend development (Flask, Python)
  • UI/UX design and brand identity
  • Graphic design and visual assets

Project Process

Our typical engagement follows this structure:

  1. 1.Discovery: We discuss your needs, goals, and project scope.
  2. 2.Proposal: We provide a detailed proposal with timeline and pricing.
  3. 3.Agreement: Upon acceptance, the advance payment secures your project.
  4. 4.Development: We build with regular updates and feedback loops.
  5. 5.Delivery: Final handover upon completion of remaining payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to all custom work created specifically for your project. This includes:

  • Source code developed for your project
  • Custom designs and visual assets
  • Brand materials created for you

We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before any extra work begins.

Confidentiality

We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your business strategies, proprietary data, or project details with third parties without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Uzski Corp's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. The advance payment is non-refundable as it covers initial project setup and resource allocation.

Payment Terms

We believe in clear, transparent pricing and payment structures:

Advance Payment

Once we mutually agree to take on a project, we require a 30% advance payment before work commences. This deposit secures your project slot and allows us to allocate resources appropriately.

Milestone Payments

For larger projects, we may structure additional milestone payments throughout the project lifecycle. These will be clearly outlined in your project proposal.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are handed over.
